1. About this software

This portal is proprietary medical-imaging workflow software. Infocape LTD ("the Vendor") holds an exclusive, sublicensable license to the software from its copyright holder. The portal instance you are using is operated by the healthcare organization whose name and branding appear on this site ("the Operator"), under a license granted by the Vendor. By signing in or otherwise using the portal you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the portal.

2. Permitted use

The portal is provided solely for the Operator's legitimate healthcare operations: managing, viewing, sharing and reporting on medical-imaging studies by personnel the Operator has authorized. Any other use — including attempts to access studies or centers you have not been granted access to, to probe, disrupt or reverse-engineer the software, or to extract data for purposes outside the Operator's healthcare operations — is prohibited.

3. Accounts and responsibilities

Your account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity performed under your account. Access rights are assigned by the Operator's administrators; actions in the portal are logged for security and accountability. Notify your administrator immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

4. Medical use disclaimer

The portal is a workflow and communication tool. Unless a viewer integrated by the Operator is expressly cleared for diagnostic use in your jurisdiction and used on suitable display equipment, images presented in the browser are not intended for primary diagnosis. Clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the qualified professionals making them.

5. Patient data

Imaging studies and related records processed by the portal contain personal health data. The Operator is the controller of that data; the Vendor does not receive it. Handle patient data in accordance with applicable law — including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) — and the Operator's policies. Share links and e-mail dispatches must only be sent to recipients entitled to the data.

6. Intellectual property

The software, its design, and all associated documentation are and remain the intellectual property of their copyright holder, all rights reserved. Infocape LTD holds an exclusive, sublicensable license to the software, and the Operator's license is granted under it. The Operator's license does not transfer ownership, and no right is granted to copy, modify, distribute, sublicense or create derivative works of the software except as expressly agreed with the Vendor in writing. Third-party components embedded in the software remain subject to their own licenses.

7. Availability and warranty

The portal is provided "as is". While the Vendor and the Operator work to keep it available and accurate, no warranty is given that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, upstream archive outages, and license state can affect availability. Do not rely on the portal as the only access path to imaging in time-critical situations; the Operator's PACS and emergency procedures remain authoritative.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Vendor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the portal, and its aggregate liability is limited to the amounts payable under the license agreement with the Operator. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and termination

These terms may be updated with new releases of the software; the date above reflects the current revision. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The Operator may suspend or revoke your access at any time, and the Vendor may suspend the license under the terms of the license agreement.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Greek courts. Questions about your access or the Operator's use of the portal should go to the Operator's administrators; licensing questions should be directed to Infocape LTD.
